Disembark for cycling North along a scenic dirt route following the Mekong River North to a silk village where we stop to see silk-weaving and a temple. Cross by ferry to Silk Island for cycling through villages and farms along small paths before crossing by ferry to Chrouy Changva peninsula. Cycle along the Mekong south and then cross the peninsula to the Tonle Sap River where we will cross by ferry into Phnom Penh.

From there, loop around to a different ferry crossing and cross the Mekong to Chrouy Changvar Peninsula opposite Phnom Penh. Cycle across the peninsula and then cross the Tonle Sap River to Phnom Penh.

Cross by ferry to the smaller Silk Island for cycling through villages and farms along small paths, then continue on to the larger island. Cycle the length of the island before arriving at a sandy beach for lunch and swimming at the north tip of the island. Return to Phnom Penh by tuk-tuk or car.
